So quiet and clean place, Everything is on few minutes of walk: Restaurant, bar, beach, market, bus stop. Warm welcome from Nektaria (lady) and all the time on service.

Absolutely brilliant value for money. Excellent location 5 mins walk to beach and round the corner from shops and restaurants. Room was immaculately clean and the lovely owners were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Villa Nektaria if you are wanting to keep accommodation costs down so you can spend money elsewhere in stunning Santorini.

Lovely place, just 6 rooms I believe.Nektaria was wonderful and friendly.Anything that you used was cleaned or replaced daily. Great location, handy for Bob's bar and the beach road with its many restaurants.

Location is great, very clean, room is cleaned every day and washing up donw. Everything you need is provided. Nice room.

The location is great really close to the beach and restaurants.The host Antonhy was super nice and kind and always available for suggestions.The room was big and super clean with air conditioner and clean towels everyday.

The owners were extremely friendly and gave all the information I needed. They let me stay for three more days at a reasonable price. Room was very neat and comfortable. I asked for a kettle to make tea and coffee. They provided me with everything I needed. The Villa was very near to the grocery store and the black beach which has a lot of restaurants. Bus station was also nearby. So it was easy to go to Thira from there. There was a swimming pool next to the Villa which one could use. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Nektaria!!! You are a wonderful host!!!
