"Perfect location"

Perfect location! Unbelievably attractive villa for this price. Even has a good swimming pool, though nothing said on site. Very pleasant stuff. Clean rooms. A little bit loud road at night, but not such a big problem. Highly recommended!

Everything was clean and it is very close to every place that is needed. It is close to shops, restaurant, beach and bus stop (which is just behind the corner). Also I really like the fact that there is a possibility of using a swimming pool. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to spend holidays in Santorini.

The room was spacious and beautiful, the pool next door was awesome, great shower and really nice place to sit outside the room with a stand to hang your laundry.The bed was very comfortable with multiple choice of pillows with different firmness.Nektaria and her husband were super sweet and friendly. Kept everything very clean and tight.The room was very quiet, no noise at all.There are unique and beautifu art decorations in the room.

Perfect location 5 min to the beach, very nice staff. We had kettle, hairdryer, refrigerator in the room. Also we were able to use swimming pool near the hotel

"Exceptional"

The owners were extremely friendly and gave all the information I needed. They let me stay for three more days at a reasonable price. Room was very neat and comfortable. I asked for a kettle to make tea and coffee. They provided me with everything I needed. The Villa was very near to the grocery store and the black beach which has a lot of restaurants. Bus station was also nearby. So it was easy to go to Thira from there. There was a swimming pool next to the Villa which one could use. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Nektaria!!! You are a wonderful host!!!

"Perfect Place for a Perfect stay in Perissa"

I loved the central location of the Villa in Perissa, I loved how the room had absolutely everything you needed like a kettle, en-suite shower and toilet, TV, Aircon and nice decor for a good touch. The bed was comfortable the room size was good, all facilities were available and having house rules was a perfect example of how a host should be. Well done Antonis and family. Also to add, the hosts were exceptional too. If we are back in Santorini again we will stay here again for sure.

good location no more than 5 mins walk to the beach, felt safe even as a first time solo traveller, clean and comfy. fresh towels every day. was delayed but still someone waited around to greet me even after check in times

Absolutely brilliant value for money. Excellent location 5 mins walk to beach and round the corner from shops and restaurants. Room was immaculately clean and the lovely owners were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Villa Nektaria if you are wanting to keep accommodation costs down so you can spend money elsewhere in stunning Santorini.

"Comfortable and chill"

The room is very comfortable and near Perissa beach and bus station to go to Fira, the capital of Santorini.the owner is very helpful, always present, which make our stay perfect.The surprise is that we had also access to the swimming pool in the hotel near by.I recommend for couples and families.
