"Perfect Place for a Perfect stay in Perissa"

I loved the central location of the Villa in Perissa, I loved how the room had absolutely everything you needed like a kettle, en-suite shower and toilet, TV, Aircon and nice decor for a good touch. The bed was comfortable the room size was good, all facilities were available and having house rules was a perfect example of how a host should be. Well done Antonis and family. Also to add, the hosts were exceptional too. If we are back in Santorini again we will stay here again for sure.

"Superb"

The hosts were extremely polite and welcoming. We arrived in the middle of the night and they stayed up to check us in. Unfortunately they had some problems with our transport from the airport, so to appologize they gave us a big breakfast for free.

Lovely place, just 6 rooms I believe.Nektaria was wonderful and friendly.Anything that you used was cleaned or replaced daily. Great location, handy for Bob's bar and the beach road with its many restaurants.

"Comfortable and chill"

The room is very comfortable and near Perissa beach and bus station to go to Fira, the capital of Santorini.the owner is very helpful, always present, which make our stay perfect.The surprise is that we had also access to the swimming pool in the hotel near by.I recommend for couples and families.

The location is perfect- few minutes walk from the bus stop to Fira, supermarket, and beach&restaurants! Antonis and his family are great and helped us out w/ everything we needed. There's a little refrigerator in the room and dishes that can be washed in the sink outside. Each room has its own little patio where we had breakfast every morning, which is also budget friendly. They cleaned our room every day, and we got clean fresh towels every day. The rooms have air conditioning. Loved it!

Absolutely brilliant value for money. Excellent location 5 mins walk to beach and round the corner from shops and restaurants. Room was immaculately clean and the lovely owners were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Villa Nektaria if you are wanting to keep accommodation costs down so you can spend money elsewhere in stunning Santorini.

close to beach, nice staff, pool also included, Ac work great and lovely shower and close to bus that brings you to other parts of the island. can’t ask for more with that price! also extremely accommodating with an early check in and check out. we would recommend!!

possibility of preparing breakfast on your own. There is a small refrigerator in the room. There is a supermarket nearby. Possibility to use the swimming pool. Room with air conditioning. Close to the beach.

Very good location, close to restaurants and terraces, beach and bus statio , nice and spacious room, clean, good beds. Very kind staff: Nektaria and Antonis were very helpful and nice. We had our rooms cleaned and towels changed every day. We would deffinetely come back! Yeah, and the pool is awesome.
